It is with great pleasure that Wolverine Fire Apparatus announces the asset purchase of Elite Fire Apparatus effective February 4th, 2008.

Wolverine Fire Apparatus is coming off the most productive year in both revenue and trucks sold in its 30 year history. We strongly feel that this purchase will provide us with everything we need to not only handle our current growth, but to sustain our growth for years to come.

Both companies have a reputation for high quality products at a great value. We are confident we can continue that same quality at both our Michigan and Wisconsin locations. We are bringing back many of Elite's highly experienced and very talented associates to ensure your quality needs are met.

Bill Hurley has been hired as Operations and Sales Manager for the Wisconsin location. Bill Kroncke will remain as the Operations and Sales Manager for the Michigan location.
